Our School

Welcome to our school. Wyberton Primary School is a friendly, family school in the village of Wyberton. We are  not a big school, we are a single form entry school. This means we have one class in each year group and have around 210 children on roll.  We have 5 core values which are very important to us and shape what we do in our school. We expect all parents and visitors to our school to share our values too. They are:

  • Respect
  • Pride
  • Trust
  • Creativity and curiosity
  • Aspire to achieve

We believe we have a very important role to play in young people's lives and are passionate about understanding and educating the whole child. Academic standards are high on our list of priorities and you can see this in our SAT results and in other examples of childrens' work across the curriculum, but ensuring that we have confident,  happy children, ready for life in and out of school is equally important. You can read more about our curriculum in the Parent Information section and find out so much more about what the children get involved with and achieve by looking at all sections of this site.

Wyberton Primary School is in partnership with Boston St Thomas CE Primary School. The two schools are in a federation called the Great Oaks Federation.  This brings a wealth of opportunities for children and staff to share ideas and experiences that benefit both schools.  The staff work together when they want to and we have seen how this has widened the expertise of the staff at both schools. You can visit St Thomas site to find out a bit more about that school.

Thank you for visiting our site.
